Many Japanese and Asian restaurants are currently available in the Salt Lake City area. They are numerous because they represent the different Asian ethnic groups.
Near West High School in Salt Lake City, there is a new Japanese restaurant that recently opened. This is the Shinobi Sushi Bar and Grill. Although the restaurant recently opened, the owners have over twenty years of restaurant experience according to their website.
The area isn’t a busy section of Salt Lake City, but it gets a steady stream of customers. A new large apartment complex is being built opposite the restaurant which should help attract customers once it is ready for occupancy.

Two sushi chefs are busy preparing sushi and filling customer orders. In addition to regular sushi, sushi rolls are a popular menu choice. Colorful and delicious rolls, such as Rainbow Rolls, Spider Rolls, and Dragon Rolls, contain crab, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber ingredients.
The waiters and other restaurant staff are friendly and kind.
The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. They are closed on Sundays.

Japanese decorations on the wall and fish hanging from the ceiling add to the ambiance of the restaurant. They have decorated the restaurant in Japan fashion as they serve dishes like you are likely to find in Japan.
