When you crave a one-of-a-kind dining experience, head to IKKO, a new restaurant in Mississippi. Recently opened, IKKO is a Japanese fusion restaurant with only one other location in the US, but that’s not what makes it special. What really sets this new restaurant in Mississippi apart from others is its unique staff member – a robot.
In these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list at a later date.

According to the owner of IKKO, the new site is already a success.

Officially known as BellaBot, the robotic server features a digital cat face.

Robotic servers are common in restaurants in Japan; however, here in Mississippi, not so much. IKKO is one of the only – if not the only – restaurant in Mississippi to have a robotic waiter.

Much like the original venue, IKKO in Hattiesburg is a Japanese fusion restaurant.

Customers can eat ramen, hibachi, fried rice, sushi, rice bowls, and desserts. There is also a variety of teas.
